About us

orthosports.in is the website of Orthosports Physiotherapy, a physiotherapy clinic in Mumbai run by Dr. Rajani Patil ("we", "us"). By using this website, booking through it or buying from it, you agree to these terms, together with our privacy policy, cancellation and refund policy and shipping and delivery policy.

Health information is not medical advice

Articles, videos, e-books and other content on this website are general information to help you understand pain, movement and recovery. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for an individual assessment by a qualified professional. Please consult a physiotherapist or doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition or have had recent surgery. Stop any exercise that causes sharp or increasing pain.

In a medical emergency, do not use this website. Call your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

Appointments and enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms the date and time with you. Clinic consultations, online consultations and home visits are not paid through this website.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price shown at checkout, plus the shipping fee, is the total you pay.
• We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
• Recovery tools such as rollers, bands and balls should be used as shown or as advised by your physiotherapist. We are not responsible for injury caused by misuse.
• We may change prices or products, or stop selling an item, at any time. This does not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and payment

• Payment is made online at checkout through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation.
• If an item turns out to be out of stock, or was shown at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.

Workshops and courses

• Free workshops are open to anyone who registers, subject to available places. We may share joining details, such as a WhatsApp group link, after registration.
• Dates, times and formats may occasionally change. If we cancel or reschedule a paid session, we will offer you another date or a refund.
• Workshop and course content is for your own personal use. Please do not record, copy or share sessions or materials without our permission.

E-books and online content

E-books and other online content are licensed for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute or share them, or your access to them, with others.

Our content

The text, photographs, videos, e-books and design of this website belong to Orthosports Physiotherapy or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse the content without our written permission.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the website, for example by sending spam through the forms, trying to break its security, or submitting false information. We may block access for anyone who does.

This website links to services such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps and social media. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law
