Shipping and delivery policy

Where we deliver

We ship physical products (such as hand rollers, foam rollers and other recovery tools) to addresses anywhere in India. We do not currently ship outside India.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 per order applies to every physical order, wherever you are in India. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

All orders are prepaid online at checkout (UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets, through our payment partner Razorpay). We do not offer cash on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Most products: dispatched within 7 days of your order, then usually delivered within 2–3 days of dispatch.
• Foam rollers: these are larger and have a longer supply cycle, so please allow around 10 days for delivery.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Deliveries to remote areas, public holidays, or courier and weather disruptions can add a few days. If your order is taking longer than expected, message us and we will check on it.

Order updates

Once your order is dispatched we will share the courier details with you by email or WhatsApp, including a tracking number where the courier provides one.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address, PIN code and mobile number are correct when you order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it after the courier's attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the shipping fee may apply again.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps). See our cancellation and refund policy for how we put it right.

E-books and online programmes

E-books, online workshops and courses are delivered online and are not shipped. Access details are shared on screen and/or by email after registration or purchase.
