Our Knee Conditioning Program has been designed by Dr. Rajani Patil – a Spine and Sports Physiotherapist with over 19 years of on-field experience.

Join the program and learn how to optimize your knee function and performance to prevent knee pain, and that too WITHOUT ANY INJURY!

Apart from the exercises, we will be sharing free resources and materials to aid your progress throughout the program!

DETAILS

  • Total sessions: 10
  • Starts: 20th June 2020 | Ends: 19th July 2020
  • Weekend Batch: Every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 11 AM
  • FEE: INR 2999/- for 10 Sessions 
    PS: You can still register. We shall send you the recordings of previous sessions for reference + physio support in case you need assistance
  • Eligibility: This program is ideal for people with a history of knee pain and injuries.
