Our Back and Core Training Program has been designed by Dr. Rajani Patil – a Spine and Sports Physiotherapist with over 19 years of on-field experience.

Apart from the exercises, we will be sharing free resources and materials to aid your progress throughout the program!

  • Starts: 16th June 2020
  • Batches:
    Weekday Batch – Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 PM to 6 PM
    Weekend Batch – Every Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 10 AM
  • FEEINR 2999/- for 10 Sessions

    You can still register. We shall send you the recordings of previous sessions for reference + physio support in case you need assistance
  • Eligibility: This program is ideal for people with a history of back pain and injuries
