The course is 3 days long (2-hour sessions).

Following is the schedule:
Day 13rd Sep (Friday) – Live session from 7 to 9 PM: Understanding the basics – Running Fitness Assessment, Warm-up and Cool Down Exercises, Running Posture
Day 2  4th Sep (Saturday) – Live session from 7 to 9 PM: The Secret to Running Better – Strength Training the right way, activating the kinetic chain, Nutrition for optimum running 
Day 3 5th Feb (Sunday) – Live session from 2 to 4 PM: The Underdogs –  Fascia Release, Foam Rolling and Mobility Drills, Recovery Techniques, Shoe Guidance

Yes. All sessions will be recorded and shared with you for self-paced learning.

I’ll add you to a WhatsApp group a few hours before the course starts.

All further communication (sharing joining link and resources, QnA, etc) shall take place in this group.

Apart from a Yoga Mat, it’ll be great if you had a loop band, resistance band, foam roller, and a trigger point/tennis ball.

It’ll still be fine if you didn’t have these. You can always buy these and practice by watching recordings later.

Yes. A Certificate of Completion will be provided at the end of the course.
